The Future of retail

After the success of Arles, Frey Group has decided to keep growing by inaugurating two new Shopping Promenades in Spring 2021. The first (45,000 sqm) lies between Paris and Eurodisney, and the second (70,000 sqm) is located in the greater Strasbourg area. Shopping Promenade malls offer a welcoming, exciting, recreational and authentic shopper experience with a firm focus on nature and greenery, and art accessible to all.

01 Challenge

Define the brand’s sonic imprint and set up dedicated playlists that could contribute to the Shopping Promenade “feel good” immersive experience.

02 Solution

Hand in hand with my talented friends at Minale Design Strategy, I built genuinely sunny playlists to create a memorable shopping experience that customers would “take away home” via Spotify. Just like a good film OST, it features a mix of genres such as electro, pop, soul and rock, blending some mainstream tracks with a handful of golden nuggets.
